Started in October 2010, this project is jointly managed by Télé-Université (TÉLUQ) and Bois-de-Boulogne College and is conducted in partnership with the ORI-OAI team (France). The project aims to create conditions promoting the reuse of educational resources, including the sharing of the Quebec and French resource bank management systems (the Paloma system developed by Télé-Université, the Eurêka system developed by VTÉ, and the ORI-OAI tool); by setting up a harvesting service enabling the pooling of resources identified and by creating a Franco-Quebec development community to ensure the long-term survival of the expertise, tools, and services. The duration of the current financial contribution is three years. (Funding: Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport , Quebec government: 2010–2013 – project in progress)
